Terry Thiese's 2002 Germany Catalog
This is Terry's annual treatise on German wines and the estates he represents. It is the 2002 catalog, which covers the 2001 vintage. PLEASE BE WARNED: Terry is as verbose as he is opinionated. This is a lengthy document filled with rants, tirades, chastisements and disclaimers, but also praise, philosophical propositions, astonishment and utter respect for the craft of winemaking. We don't always agree with Terry's pronouncements, but we can't deny his passion for great Riesling. It is written for the wholesale trade, so some pages have been excised, leaving a mere 162 for you to pore over. (2.8Mb PDF)
